Construction Update

CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE

High Meadow Development Co. is happy to inform our partners and property owners that the new construction entrance is open off 1486.

ALL construction-related deliveries & contractors working on job sites are required to use the construction entrance through section 11 for the foreseeable future.

We suggest a copy of the plat map and construction entrance address be provided to whoever is executing the deliveries to ensure the delivery goes smoothly.

The address to the construction entrance is as follows:

The gate at the construction entrance will be opened between the hours of 7am to 6pm. The gates will be locked outside of these hours to reduce theft and create greater security within the community.

All Deliveries should be scheduled during the hours the construction gate is unlocked. Trade partners are advised to use the construction entrance as much as they are able. If they are working in a home after the gate is closed, they may use the front entrance to leave the community.

This will apply to all construction sites in sections 5 thru 11.

Construction hours and Deliveries hours for High Meadow Estates is Monday through Friday 7 AM to 7 PM. And Saturday 8 AM through 7 PM. There continues to be a problem with construction workers working outside of working hours. Construction is not allowed in the neighborhood during any other hours. Also note that any construction work done outside these working hours are subject to $1000 fine per incident. This is part of the ACC and the POA guidelines.
